These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of GlowSpace's website, AI beauty assistant, and related services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information in connection with the Service.

The Service is intended for adults in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms. GlowSpace may block or terminate access if we believe you do not meet these eligibility requirements.

GlowSpace provides an AI-powered beauty and aesthetic information assistant. The Service may help users explore skincare, haircare, beauty, cosmetic, and aesthetic topics, and may include general educational information, product or treatment considerations, and suggestions for questions to discuss with qualified professionals.

The Service may change over time. We may add, remove, suspend, limit, or modify any feature at any time, including chat functionality, model availability, usage limits, or account requirements.

GlowSpace does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services. AI responses are for general informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed physician, dermatologist, aesthetic provider, or other qualified professional.

Do not use the Service for emergencies, urgent medical issues, diagnosis, or treatment decisions. If you have a medical emergency, call emergency services. If you have a health concern, adverse reaction, infection, pain, severe swelling, or other urgent symptoms, contact a qualified medical professional promptly.

Any information about aesthetic treatments, providers, products, or procedures is for general informational purposes only. GlowSpace does not guarantee provider credentials, availability, outcomes, safety, suitability, or results unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. You are responsible for choosing whether to consult or work with any professional and for verifying credentials, licensing, costs, risks, and treatment details directly with that professional.

AI systems can make mistakes. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating responses and making your own decisions. You should verify important information with qualified professionals or reliable sources before relying on it.

You may need an account to access some parts of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may submit prompts, messages, profile information, images, feedback, and other content to the Service ("User Content"). You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You grant GlowSpace a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, adapt, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service and to comply with law.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate law, infringe anyone's rights, or contain private information about another person without permission. Do not upload images or content that you are not authorized to share.

The Service is currently offered without paid subscriptions or paid plans. We may add paid features, subscriptions, usage-based pricing, or other commercial offerings in the future. Any paid offering will be subject to additional payment terms presented at that time.

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else misuse it. For example, you may not:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content;
• upload another person's image or private information without appropriate rights or consent;
• use the Service to obtain emergency, diagnostic, or treatment decisions;
• attempt to bypass security controls, usage limits, authentication, age restrictions, or access restrictions;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or disrupt the Service;
• use the Service to develop competing models or services where prohibited by law or contract;
• misrepresent AI responses as human, professional, or medical advice.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication, hosting, analytics, payment, AI model, or content providers. Third-party services are not controlled by GlowSpace and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. GlowSpace is not responsible for third-party services.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant GlowSpace the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you. We are not obligated to use feedback or keep it confidential.

The Service, including its design, software, text, graphics, branding, and other materials, is owned by GlowSpace or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, GlowSpace and its licensors reserve all rights in the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for GlowSpace or others, or used the Service in a way that may cause legal, security, operational, or reputational harm. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. GlowSpace does not warrant that the Service will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowSpace and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowSpace's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid GlowSpace for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlowSpace and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to any mandatory law that provides otherwise, you and GlowSpace agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as updating the date above or providing notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
